Sapphire Metal Finishing specializes in aluminum anodizing and related services, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. We collaborate with OEMs, small businesses, manufacturers, and fabrication companies across industries to deliver custom anodized aluminum finishes that not only meet but exceed their specifications and expectations.
Aluminum Anodizing
We offer MIL-A-8625F sulfuric acid Type II, Type IIB and Type III anodizing in clear, black, red, blue and many other colors. We also provide masking as requested.
Bead Blasting
We offer automated bead blasting services, which result in a uniform matte finish on aluminum. We also offer tumbling services.
Chemical Conversion Coating
We provide conversion coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloys that comply with MIL-DTL-5541F Type I and Type II and are QPL listed and approved.
Photodizing
We embed photographs and graphics directly into the anodizing film.
Powder Coating
We provide masking, surface blasting, and chemical surface activation along with priming and powder coating.
Laser Marking
We engrave graphics, serial numbers, etc. into the metal substrate or into the anodizing film.
